Valuable on long ocean passages to check the deviation of your steering compass.  The Deviation Check is also a requirement  for the RYA Ocean Yachtmaster qualification.

Matt Encapsulated A4 Sight form. One side has a completed example with notes explaining where the information is obtained and how you use it .

Designed to be used with the Rapid Sight Reduction Tables which were previously called the Air Tables AP3270. Vol. 2 or 3 and the Nautical Almanac.

Others in the series included  the Sun, Sun Meridian Passage, the Planets, Polaris, Stars, Selected Stars and the Moon.

Can be written on with 2B pencil.
